From child to adult, will always want to stay healthy everyday because the most important part in life is health. Having a lot of money without having good health will only mwan nothing, right? For that reason, keep fit and stay healthy everyday must should be prioritized. Whatever the way we do. Anyway, there are many tips to stay healthy everyday, but according to my opinion, the easiest tips are as follows:
- Doing a regular exercise, at least walking 30 minutes per day.
- Sleep at least 6-8 hours per day. It’s better to sleep earlier than in the late night.
- Eat regularly with vegetables, rice, sugar, meal and salt.
- Go to the doctor eventually to check the condition
This is very important to burn the callories and keep the body oiled with sweat.
Having bad habits of sleeping during the life will give anybody cheap tickets to get sick.
