Be Strong Like Local Residents

Many people used to confused why the local resident, especially in my village, can live longer than those who live in another place. Besides, they are really strong in all aspects, having good muscle, properly body and so forth. When I try to ask them, I can see that behind them, they are having habit to live healthy. If you want to be strong like local residents, here are some tips I got from them. Whether you’re agree or not, we can discuss it then. Okay, just check this out.

1. Sleep earlier, wake up earlier. Mostly, they have a sleep at 9pm and wake up at 4.am.
2. Every morning after wake up, they make medium activity like running exercise or something like that.
3. They prevent themselves not to smoke any kind of cigarette.
4. Consuming mineral water as much as possible.
5. Eat a healthy food, usually, they prefer vegetables than meat.
