23 Children Died Of Malnutrition

There are 23 children died of malnutrition in East Nusa Tenggara lately. This number is increasing according to East Nusa Tenggara health office head Stefanus Bria Seran. The 23 children, still according to him, all is below the age of five, died of malnutrition from January to June. Most came from Central Sumba (with nine deaths), Kupang city (seven), Rote Ndao (four), South Central Timor (two) and Kupang regency (one).

Data from the provincial health office shows at least 512,000 malnourished toddlers have undergone medical treatment at nutrition rehabilitation centers in East Nusa Tenggara, the country’s least developed province. Out of the figure, 112 are receiving treatment for malnutrition-related complications at hospitals in a number of regencies.

Hormonal Therapies Will Increase Heart Disease For Prostate Cancer

According to the heart dot com just a few moment ago, there is a new discovery that hormonal therapies will increase heart disease for prostate cancer. Although it’s still in the debate, yet the results have been presented in the presidential session at the conggress of ESMO and ECCO (European Cancer Organization) after long experiment in Sweden. Furthermore, hormonal therapies treatment not only risk to prostate cancer, but also risk to various disease like cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, etc.

For that reason, beware if you are using this kind of this treatment. You may need to read the whole explanation given in the site I mentionede above. Tips To Stay Healthy Everyday

Nobody in this world want getting sick even for a second. I am really sure about this. From child to adult, will always want to stay healthy everyday because the most important part in life is health. Having a lot of money without having good health will only mwan nothing, right? For that reason, keep fit and stay healthy everyday must should be prioritized. Whatever the way we do. Anyway, there are many tips to stay healthy everyday, but according to my opinion, the easiest tips are as follows:

  1. Doing a regular exercise, at least walking 30 minutes per day.
  2. This is very important to burn the callories and keep the body oiled with sweat.

  3. Sleep at least 6-8 hours per day. It’s better to sleep earlier than in the late night.
  4. Having bad habits of sleeping during the life will give anybody cheap tickets to get sick.

  5. Eat regularly with vegetables, rice, sugar, meal and salt.
  6. This to make sure that your body are filled with the right and natural vitamins.

  7. Go to the doctor eventually to check the condition
